The Mindless Machine Strangulation
How the Payment Processing Mafia’s Surveillance Regime Kills the Joy of Creation and Criminalizes Honest Work.
Out of my book, The Raven’s Enigma, I created a whole new ecosystem. XORD LLC company, interacted with two gigantic micro seed investors that enabled our first node (XORD is a modular-based corp. so each node lives independent life, so does our AI Astro). We had a fantastic push for the book turned cryptographic key by the, already legendary Alex Krainer. We’re giving 50,000 XORD tokens (yes we also have the token) to the book’s purchasers, and our MasterAccessRegistry_Core gives our users promised life-long privileges.
We have The Behemoth, a 50-pages long business plan outlining a great vision for humanity in which we ‘use AI to fight AI encroachment of humanity’, we have our XORD website and regular Dispatches. The life was wonderful. Sure, we’re working every waking hour, but the freedom costs.
Then the monster, Moloch struck back. “Freedom” you say? Not so fast, buddy!!
First, Stripe flagged honest customers as “frauds” and robbed us of $21,750.00 total. Our triumph turned into tragedy and my own 24/7—at least 10 days—full hands-on-deck, one-man customer support, trying to help anyone and everyone.
Luckily, the people are mostly a good lot, so many have understood the nightmare and helped navigate the algorithmic thievery of a currently valued at $91.5 billion Stripe. The billionaire brothers, John and Patrick Collison, did not bother with a puny amount, and “support,” consisting of powerless Bangalore people and mindless AI, was maddening. We recovered some money, moved on.
Then the utter AI madness by PayPal hit!
The purpose of this Substack is not to whine—the Payment Processing Mafia has killed many an honest business, blocking people from Canadian Truckers to Wikipedia—it’s to apologize for this Substack being dormant. I simply do not have time, as I write dozens, soon to be hundreds, of letters to all of them. Don Quijote comes to mind. They have the power, so-called “legislators” in their pockets, fraudulent laws in place that enable their fraud and help hinder honest people’s work. The list goes on, but one is truly consumed by this utter algorithmic madness that helps feed the Moloch of our destruction.
Just look at what those crooks allowed themselves to "punish”, almost a random list, without “small” people destroyed, robbed, hindered, driven insane by these monsters!
WikiLeaks (2010)
In 2010, PayPal, Visa, and Mastercard suspended WikiLeaks’ accounts after the organization began releasing classified U.S. diplomatic cables. The suspensions followed pressure from U.S. government officials, raising concerns about "jawboning" (government influence over private companies to censor or restrict services). This effectively cut off WikiLeaks’ ability to receive donations, significantly impacting its operations.
PayPal cited violations of its Acceptable Use Policy, while Visa and Mastercard halted transactions without clear public explanations. The move was widely criticized as an example of financial censorship.

Gab (2018-2019)
Gab, a social media platform known for its free-speech stance, was dropped by multiple payment processors, including PayPal and Stripe, following controversy over its user base and content moderation policies. PayPal banned Gab in 2018 after reports linked the platform to hate speech, and Stripe followed suit, citing high-risk activity.
The bans forced Gab to seek alternative payment methods, such as cryptocurrency, to continue operations. Critics argued this was an attempt to deplatform the site due to its controversial user-generated content.

Consortium News and MintPress News (2022)
PayPal reportedly blocked the accounts of independent media outlets Consortium News and MintPress News in 2022, allegedly due to their critical reporting on U.S. and U.K. foreign policy. The bans were seen by some as part of a broader effort to suppress independent media.
The account suspensions disrupted the outlets’ ability to receive donations and payments, prompting accusations of politically motivated censorship. PayPal’s actions were criticized for lacking transparency and due process.

Smashwords (2012)
PayPal pressured ebook distributor Smashwords to remove certain types of adult content (e.g., works portraying bestiality, rape, or incest) from its platform, threatening to suspend services if the content was not removed. PayPal claimed the content was “potentially illegal” or violated its terms.
After public backlash and criticism from authors and free-speech advocates, PayPal revised its policy to focus only on clearly illegal content, allowing legal fiction to remain. This case highlighted the power of payment processors to influence content distribution.

FetLife (2017)
FetLife, an adult social network focused on BDSM, lost its credit card processing privileges due to complaints about content involving “blood, needles, and vampirism” or “illegal or immoral reasons.”
The Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF) reported that the loss of payment processing services was due to vague terms of service, raising concerns about the lack of transparency and due process in such decisions. This case underscored the broader issue of payment processors targeting niche or controversial communities.

Crowdfunding Platforms and Capitol Riot Fundraisers (2021)
Following the January 6, 2021, U.S. Capitol riot, PayPal blocked a site that helped raise funds for individuals who attended the event. The decision was based on PayPal’s policies against supporting activities that promote violence or illegal behavior.
This action was part of a broader crackdown by payment processors on accounts associated with the riot, prompting debates about the balance between preventing harm and restricting free speech.
The mafia must be stopped.

my business had a somewhat similar experience with PayPal....and we are a completely normal , long established, day to day consumer product e-retailer ( with brick and mortar stores). They emailed saying they needed to do a "routine review" of recent transactions ( receipts, proof of deliveries etc etc).....that was sort of OK, but they immediately blocked the account and the funds in it pending receipt of the documents and their review.......totally abusive and heavy handed. I did get the documents sent and the account unfrozen, and although I still have it open, I moved immediately to another payment processor, never leave much money in the account, and basically tried to deprive them of as much business as possible. Hence my note here ! They are abusive and dont deserve to be supported.
Thank you for informing the public of this gross abuse of power.
